Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. SPONSOR

The Bree's Gaming Slots Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Bree's Gaming Slots, LLC ("Sponsor"). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who:

• Are at least 18 years of age (or 21 in states where required by law)
• Are not residents of states where sweepstakes participation is prohibited
• Have a valid email address and mailing address
• Are not employees, officers, or directors of Sponsor, or their immediate family members
• Are not affiliated with any agency, contractor, or vendor involved in administering this Sweepstakes

VOID in the following states and jurisdictions: Idaho, Washington, and any other jurisdiction where prohibited by law. It is the entrant's responsibility to verify eligibility in their jurisdiction.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes is ongoing and operates continuously. Specific promotional periods with enhanced prizes may be announced from time to time. All entries received during a promotional period will be eligible for that period's prizes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 Free Method of Entry (AMOE)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY. To receive free Sweepstakes Coins (entries), you may:

• Mail-In Request: Send a handwritten 3"x5" card with your full name, email address, date of birth, mailing address, and the words "BREE'S GAMING SLOTS FREE ENTRY" to: Bree's Gaming Slots, AMOE Requests, [Address], Midland, TX 79701. Limit one (1) request per outer envelope per day. Each valid request will receive 100 free Sweepstakes Coins credited to your account within 7-10 business days.
• Daily Login Bonus: Log into your account daily to receive free Sweepstakes Coins. Amounts vary based on your Players Club tier.
• Social Media: Follow our official social media accounts for periodic free coin giveaways and promotional codes.

4.2 Purchase Method

You may purchase promotional packages that include bonus Sweepstakes Coins. Each $1 spent on a promotional package provides one (1) bonus Sweepstakes Coin. Purchase does NOT increase your odds of winning compared to free entry methods per coin used.

4.3 Using Sweepstakes Coins

Sweepstakes Coins may be used to play games on the Platform. Each game play constitutes one entry into the applicable prize drawing. Coins used for gameplay are non-refundable.

5. PRIZES AND ODDS

5.1 Prize Structure

Prizes are awarded in the form of "Winnings Credits" which can be redeemed for cash prizes or used for additional gameplay. Prize values and odds vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before play.

5.2 Prize Redemption

Winnings Credits may be redeemed for cash prizes via the following methods:

• Cash App
• PayPal
• Venmo
• Chime
• Bitcoin (Lightning Network)
• Other cryptocurrency
• Physical check (for amounts over $500)

Minimum redemption amount is $20. Maximum daily redemption is $5,000 for standard accounts; higher limits available for verified VIP members.

5.3 Odds of Winning

Odds of winning vary by game and are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Overall odds depend on the number of entries and the specific game played. Approximate odds are displayed on each game's information panel.

6. VERIFICATION AND CLAIMING PRIZES

All prizes are subject to verification. To claim prizes over $600 (or as otherwise required by law), winners must provide:

• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Proof of residency
• Social Security Number (for tax reporting)
• Completed W-9 form

Prize claims must be made within ninety (90) days of winning. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner who fails verification.

7. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. Prizes valued at $600 or more will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC. Sponsor will withhold taxes as required by law.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules
• In case of disputes, decisions of the Sponsor are final
• Released Parties (Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents) are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; injuries or damages related to participation

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE WON.

10. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, all disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules in Midland, Texas. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflicts of law principles.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at breesgaming.com/privacy.

12. WINNER LIST

For a list of major prize winners (prizes over $5,000), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Bree's Gaming Slots, Winner List Request, [Address], Midland, TX 79701. Requests must be received within 60 days after the applicable promotional period ends.
